Each shipping company has a storage period for your luggage when you are not home.

The period is 7 days starting from the first delivery date. Please make sure to receive it within the specified period.

If there is a period when you will not be able to receive the package due to a long-term absence, etc., please be sure to contact us in advance. We will adjust the shipping date.

About returns and exchanges

When the product arrives, please first check that there are no defects and that there are no mistakes with your order. In the unlikely event that there is a defect, please be sure to contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer circumstances (size does not fit, image is different, etc.).

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases.
